My name’s Charlie. Although it would have been pretty funny to name my website after someone else.

My work’s been awarded over 100 times, winning gold (sometimes a few) at all major award shows. I’ve been recognised as the top emerging talent on multiple occasions, both nationally and internationally, and am a member of the NSW Youngbloods committee. I’m also a Jiu Jitsu brown belt without cauliflower ears, which has got to be worth something.

But I’m far from perfect. I’ve lived by the beach for over 20 years and still don’t know how to surf. I can’t seem to get my partner’s tea-to-milk ratio right, even after 6 years. And I certainly don’t know how to brag without peppering in some self-deprecation (it’s good for the soul, right?).
